Dr. Alexander Sanchez

Dr. Alexander Sanchez is a native of Long Island, New York and graduated with honors from Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Sanchez earned his D.D.S. degree from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, Dr. Sanchez completed a general practice residency at the North Shore University Hospital.  He then went on to complete an additional 2-year Advanced Specialty Education Program in Endodontics at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. Immediately following his specialty training, Dr. Sanchez entered private practice.  In addition to patient care through a range of endodontic procedures, Dr. Sanchez contributes his endodontic knowledge and expertise at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, educating both dental students and endodontic residents on contemporary endodontics.  In his commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care, Dr. Sanchez has also begun the board certification process with the American Board of Endodontics.  This process is the highest level of education in endodontics, one that very few endodontists go through.                                                                                                

Dr. Sanchez is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society, Suffolk County Dental Society and the American Association of Endodontists.
